We perform all Process Service ourselves - no resellers, and we want to make you happy so offer extras, for example if the Respondent is playing games or you have a unique need we can formulate special procedures like knocking on neighbors doors, taking a location photo, getting license plates or detailed factual location information (many other additional needs by request).   After service completion we create your original Affidavit, have it notarized then scan you a copy for your records.  If your local we can file your Affidavit for you by mail or give you the Original to file yourself if you prefer (if your 'out of town' we mail the Original Affidavit to your address so you can file with your court) generally serves received by noon are started next day. 

We maybe able to serve two people at the same address at no extra charge if substitution service is allowable (Personal Service is when we must only serve the named party on case, Substution Service means we are allowed to give a both process serves to a single entity). We are approved to serve on Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Pima County Jail and Arizona State Prison Complex (ASPC).
